Pricing and billing questions
How many credits does watermark removal use?
Each standard edit uses 5 credits to process one image. For example, a 100-credit pack covers 20 edits. Downloading the result does not cost extra credits.
Should I choose a credit pack or a subscription?
Credit packs are a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal, suited to occasional edits. Subscriptions renew automatically and provide a monthly credit allowance for regular use. You do not need a subscription to buy a credit pack.
Do unused credits expire?
Credits from one-time purchases do not expire. Subscription credits reset to your plan allowance each month; unused credits do not roll over and expire when your subscription ends. Subscription credits are used before permanent credits.
How is an annual subscription billed, and when do I receive credits?
An annual subscription is paid in full once a year. The monthly price shown is the annual total divided by 12. Credits are allocated each month, rather than all at once for the year. Check the annual total before paying.
Can I buy more credits if I run out?
Yes. You can buy a one-time credit pack with or without an active subscription. These credits are added to your permanent balance and do not change your subscription plan or renewal date.
Can I cancel automatic renewal?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so your subscription remains available until then. Canceling does not automatically issue a refund; see the Terms of Service for refund conditions.
Do I need an account to purchase credits?
Yes. Sign in before purchasing so the credits or subscription can be linked to your account. Payment is handled through Stripe, and you can check your credit balance and subscription status in your dashboard.
